A 60-second film of your dining room, courtyard, chapel and a model apartment in morning light, built from the photographs already on your website. No residents on camera. Every fact from your own site. Delivered in five working days for $1,900.
Send me your website link See a sampleAdult children shortlist communities on a phone at night, weeks before they call for a tour. A photo gallery asks them to imagine the day. A film shows it.
I work only from photographs your community already publishes: the staged, people-free shots your photographer took for the website. Software generates the slow camera movement through those rooms. A person checks every frame before you see it.
You do not need to schedule a crew, move furniture or ask residents to step out of the dining room.
I take the gallery photographs, your care levels and your tour line from the site. If you have newer photographs or a floor plan you prefer, send those instead.
You receive the 60-second film in 16:9 and vertical, with your logo and your colours. One round of changes is included: a different opening space, a different order, a fact to correct.
Your homepage, your Google Business Profile, the email your sales director sends after the first call, and the text a daughter forwards to her brother in another state.
Half is due when you confirm, half when the final files are delivered. Card or bank transfer in USD. If the first cut is not usable and one round of changes cannot fix it, the deposit comes back to you.
Each sample below is a concept film built from one community's public website photographs, without the community's involvement, and labelled as such. It is the same process and the same care that a commissioned film gets.
First samples are being cut now.
I run Automating, a small studio in Europe that builds repeatable production systems for businesses. Daylight is the studio's senior living line: one format, one process, and a person looking at every frame and every fact before a film leaves the desk.
I started it after looking at the websites of independent communities side by side with the regional chains. The chains had films; the independents had galleries that were often better, and nobody had turned them into anything a family would watch. That is the whole job here.
I work over email with communities in the United States and reply within one business day. If you want to talk first, say so in your email and I will send a time.
The camera movement is. Each shot starts from one of your real photographs, and a video model generates the slow move through that room. The rooms, finishes and views are yours. Every fact on screen is copied from your website, and I review every frame so nothing appears that is not in your photographs. The end card says "AI-assisted camera motion" in plain words.
Because it keeps you out of consent forms and privacy questions, and because families trust the rooms more than the casting. The film shows the place where the day happens; the people in it will be their own parent, in their own head.
Six to eight good, people-free photographs are enough: entrance, dining room, a common area, an apartment, outdoors. If a room is missing I say so before you pay, and I never fill the gap with a room that is not yours.
Yes. You receive a broad, perpetual licence to use, edit and share it for marketing your community and your organisation. Your photographs remain yours; I use them only to make your film.
First cut within five working days of receiving your link and the deposit, usually sooner. Changes within two working days after that.
One round of changes is included. If the first cut is not usable and the changes cannot fix it, the deposit is refunded and we part ways.
